This course aims to introduce binary numbering systems, Boolean algebra, and logic gates. It covers the simplification of Boolean functions, combinational logic, and the design of combinational logic using Medium-Scale Integration (MSI) circuits, Large-Scale Integration (LSI) circuits, Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), and multilevel logic design. It also covers sequential logic: registers, counters, and memory units.
