
This course includes providing the student with the basic concepts related to human behavior and its importance in studying purchasing behavior and online behavior, in addition to the various behavioral models that explain purchasing behavior to reach a successful marketing strategy. And providing them with the skills to apply various behavioral concepts to the reality of the Palestinian consumer. And the aspects that can be used in studying consumer behavior, the surrounding factors and variables that affect consumer behavior online. The course will also include the process of making purchasing decisions for the product, as well as the various theories and approaches to explaining their behavior and how consumers make decisions. It also deals with studying and analyzing the final buyer for each type of goods and services, and developing the company's products to meet changing behavior in the future.
