Financial Institutions Accounting: This course introduces the fundamentals of accounting for financial institutions such as banks, and insurance companies. A major emphasis is placed on the accounting practices of different divisions of commercial banks, and their financial statements. In addition, it covers the accounting for life and other types of insurance.
